GERMAN CERT manages its competence by having competent personnel and conducting monitoring,

GERMAN CERT makes its audit and certification process along with information related to certification status publicly available and secures confidentiality of client information and,

GERMAN CERT provides credible certification service by responding to and dealing with client complaints in a timely manner.

Impartiality Statement
GERMAN CERT (GC) hereby declares from top management to all relevant personnel related to certification activities that understand interest conflict and manage interest conflict to ensure impartiality of certification activities of management system.
To acquire objectivity of certification activity through ensuring impartiality GERMAN CERT observes following clauses:

GC does not restrict to financial effects that could threat impartiality for profit of certification body.

GC management and people who are related to certification activity does not provide audit and certification services if interest conflict does not solved when were provided management consultation including internal audit.

GC does not certify same legal entity and quality management system of other certification body.

All people who are performing certification audit on behalf of GERMAN CERT should not affect certification audit with their familiarity to clients.

GC should not affect with self interest, self review, familiarity and intimidation those could undertake or threat impartiality.

GC should take effort to prevent interest conflict and minimize before it occur by manage risks those are related to interest conflict.

Continuous verification by impartiality committee is performed ensure objectivity of maintain impartiality.

PERSONNEL QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATE IMPARTIALITY STATEMENT
GERMAN CERT hereby declares that impartiality is of our supreme importance and kept in all qualification certificate activities of GERMAN CERT and in any relationships with all GERMAN CERT personnel including any applicants, candidates, certified personnel and employees of GERMAN CERT.
For that all GERMAN CERT personnel declare that:

GERMAN CERT does not restrict the applicant and candidate of qualification certificate due to financial problems or other conditions, specific group and organization.

GERMAN CERT does not allow commercial, financial or other pressures to compromise impartiality.

Prevent conflict of interest that threats impartiality as ownership, management system, human resources, finance, contract, branding, marketing or brochure. If any threats arise immediate action shall be taken.

Minimize potential threats that influence the result of qualification certificate due to formal or informal relations of employees of GERMAN CERT.
GERMAN CERT personnel, including committee members, contract managers, full-time and part-time personnel, and personnel related to certification of qualifications shall make a written pledge to comply with the above declaration.
